It is important to change fuel oil according to the specifications of manufacturer. As per the automaker, it is required to change the fuel for every 3,000 miles. Here is the method to change the oil.

How to Change Engine Oil?

First of all, park the car on an even surface to avoid it from rolling. Find the fuel pan, which is located under the vehicle. Place a drive pan on the ground and let the oil fall into the pan. Connect the 15-millimeter socket and the 3/8-inch ratchet. Release the drain plug by using the ratchet and socket.

Then, unscrew the entire unit out. Within five minutes, the drain pan will be filled with the dripped oil. Put the drain plug into the oil pan of vehicle and tighten it with the ratchet and socket.

Find the oil filter, which is installed at the car’s front side. Move the oil drain pan below the oil filter.



Connect the 1-1/4-inch socket and 1/2-inch drive ratchet. Fix the socket at the oil filter end and loosen it. Detach the new fuel filter from the package. Tighten the oil filter.

To fill the fuel, remove the oil cap of the vehicle. Put the funnel in the hole and pour 5 quarts of fuel via the funnel.
